A trunnion mounted valve uses a ball supported by both a shaft and a post opposite the shaft and a seating arrangement using a floating seat. With a mechanically connected ball at the top and bottom pivot points, the process pressure pushes the upstream seat against the ball’s sealing surface.

Trunnion-mounted ball valve applications include pipeline, process, power, oil & gas, and other flow control applications where quality, design, safety, and environmental protection are paramount.

Tiger Valve Company (TVC) is a trunnion-mounted ball valve manufacturer.

TVC Trunnion-Mounted Ball Valves (TMBV) meet the latest API, ISO, and ASME standards—manufactured using best-in-class materials and technologies. The result is the highest-quality and most competitively-priced trunnion-mounted ball valve available.

All TVC TMBV address all of the safety, quality, and design issues important for ensuring consistent field performance and environmental protection. They provide superior performance in various applications, including oil, gas, and other liquids pipelines, tank farms, meter stations, chemical processing plants, and refineries.
